Reasonable over-time/performance review.

I have a performance review on the 26 July. My contract states that I’m expected to work reasonable overtime. I’m looking to alter that and ask for a pay increase to cover the extended hours I’m working and additional increase to cover the increase of scope of works not listed in my contract. My contract hours at 7.00am – 3.30pm I’m working more like 6.10am – 4.00pm daily which is just over an hour daily overtime unpaid. Not to mention I’m doing emails and phone calls after hours to ensure productivity for upcoming jobs/keeping others busy with minimal downtime. Over the past fortnight I have done 15-20 hours of overtime which I have been approved for and documented on my time sheet which has just not been paid. I document my hours daily and over the course of the past 3 months my overtime hours is 89 hours. It’s really…

I’m working more like 6.10am – 4.00pm daily which is just over an hour daily overtime unpaid.

It’s really pissing me off.

I’m currently on 80k salary with a company vehicle and my contract title is carpenter but I have now become and supervisor and I’m running 2-4 jobs at a time and ensuring 3 other teams of 3 people are busy.

I want to ask for 100k salary and a project coordinator title. I have been told I was receiving a new company vehicle which will not be fitted with tool boxes as I am getting more into management position. When the new Ute for myself arrived it was given to a longer standing employee because it causes people to be upset since I have only been in the position for 6 months.

I suppose I’m just venting and looking for advice or opinions on my upcoming performance review. Any and all feedback on my situation is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
