I've worked at this factory twice left the first time for personal second time being mistreated by my boss. I recently applied and got an interview I got a better offer so I didn't give them a heads up for not showing up to the interview. Rude? Yes but I have no obligation to explain my life to them. Fast forward 4 months and I applied again because it's an easy place to work and decent pay. They sent an email saying that I missed several interviews and to stop applying I've been noted to the company as a non rehire. I can understand being mad I didn't show up for ONE interview but to lie is the least professional thing I've ever heard of.
