It is still VERY much in the works. But I quit my job as a Middle School teacher a few months back after the Uvalde Shootings. There were a lot of things that contributed to my resignation, including the fact that I had shit pay and had to teach my students war tactics. So me, and a few other teachers I know who have resigned have chipped in, and we are going to create a school system that pays teachers fairly, protects students, and gives equal opportunity to all children. No student lunch debt bs. This might very well fail, but it's a step in the right direction. Let me know your thoughts. It's time things change.
