I’m so tired of entry level part time jobs making me do stupid assessments that have the dumbest hypothetical questions asked 4 separate times that take an hour to complete. Obviously I’m going to answer these questions in a way that makes me favorable. A complete waste of time and a major red flag to me for potential employers
