so the market has changed. The Employees now have more power. lets all compare benefit package so we can negotiate with our employers for better compensation. I'll start.
hours expected per week= 50+
health= bad, nearly 200 a month and poor coverage
vision= decent, like 15 a month and fair coverage
dental= decent, no detest in the area takes it so its a moot point
retirement= ha ha ha ha ha, 401k no match
sick time= none offered have to use pto and cant use anything for 6 months
vacation time= 1 day a month off but cant access it until 6 months
bonus= one time signing bonus offered in half payments 1500 after 1 month 1500 after 6. no one makes it to 6 months.
additional compensation= 150 vehicle stipend monthly, 15 phone stipend, 0.37$ per mile driven.
Job Characteristics= high stress, intense and dangerous. very few employees trying to cover a huge area. require to operate own vehicle and drive at least 600 miles a month. job requires a minimum of a BA and 4 years experience working with population.
Pay= decent, a little over area median income and paid for OT
