Like the title says… We're given two 15min paid breaks and a 30 min unpaid lunch. A lot of people in my office don't take either, or one, of their 15min breaks. I do. I mean those are my allotted breaks to take. Just because nobody else does means I'm a bad employee? I'm not sure how to handle this. My boss is super petty and holds the smallest things against us. So going to HR will just make things worse.
