Lying on Lab resume

I have no luck getting a job without experience but then because I have no experience I cannot get any experience. A lot of my friends have lied successfully on their resumes but they are in different fields of work than I am. I was wondering if anyone had ever lied about their experience working in a lab. Not like research but just basic lab tech
