I work at a Menards and my managers are assholes. I’m sixteen years old and I had a set schedule because of school and I don’t have a license yet so I rely on my working parents for a ride. they changed my schedule without asking me, when I tried talking to them about it they just run off in a rush, or they act busy and shrug me off. I’ve tried multiple times to tell them I need my regular written out schedule back. I literally don’t know what to do and I don’t wanna quit because it’s such good money for me. Someone please give me advice.
