Any managers here or higher up individuals that are anti work?

I’m a Senior Ops manager for a large e-commerce company. I manage several different warehouses. I try my best to do right by the employee. I see many posts here that are text conversations between employee and manager about coming in on scheduled days off. I would never speak to the people that report to me like that lol. Where tf do they get/promote these people. I absolutely fucking hate work and working but gotta pay my bills and buy cosmetics in video games. Cheers.
