Being burnt out.

I work in a nursing home as a laundry person we are once again getting hit by Covid. At this point I feel like I’m done I’m burnt out. The nursing staff at some times have 36 residents for one nurse. We had outside help but because management sucks they didn’t renew there contacts. I’m just done with this place. Also the home is for vets
