I had a 6 month review at my job for my new position/promotion, and was told that I wasn’t meeting some of the criteria. I pointed out that since I never got training from management, that shouldn’t be held against me. Training and communication have never been good there, and I’m just gonna ride this out and do the bare minimum. I’m not unhappy there, I’m just sick of this kind of nonsense.
