Since the post, I sent him another message and asked for any updates. got nothing back, so i stopped in the store to see if my name was on the schedule. i was not.
the other store manager was there, however, and I asked him “Hey A, have you heard anything from Bossman?”
“no i have no idea what he's up to.”
“Okay, well then i'm going to consider the last week of radio silence as termination of employment. I will have it in writing, as well. Thanks.”
went inside, wrote the letter, signed and dated it, and left. Kept the pen.
I have the text messages that were ignored, and i also requested (for the second time) copies of my pay stubs that he told me he would email to me (in a text message that i have saved.)
Literally fuck that guy lmao, i have interviews to go to.
edit: i'm currently applying for unemployment, not really betting on it though considering the income my parents make and i live with them at the moment
