Working in HR, I will do my best not to sugarcoat the wages/benefits I will offer to potential employees. I will even direct them to somewhere they will be treated better.

I know HR don’t get greatest rep and just look upon as lifeless souls who work for higher ups. Going to school I know having this type of job will have its faults and will be dealing with employees directly but I am willing to set up to the challenge. However, the one thing I won’t do is lie to potential employees. I am slowing learning what types of benefits and needs employees need and doing so I know some of requirements they might need to even consider the position. So I don’t even mind putting my job at risk if means giving someone the full transparency of type of work they are going to.
