I've recently learning some accounting and learned that employees are classified as a liability not an asset. If employees were an asset that means employers would have control over their employees. And if that were the case employees would basically be slaves . So that got me thinking that employees actually provide a service to the employer; and maybe it would help some people to think this way when dealing their boss of future employer.
