Anyone else feel like they're always burnt out? My job is overall easy, high stress leadership role but it's not the worst job – good money. Been with the company just over 5 years but no matter how much time I have off I feel so unmotivated, I hate it. I would quit in a heartbeat if I didn't have to worry about rent.
