I am under an ADA accomodation that allows me to work remotely. My company is having a stupid workshop and they are telling me I have to attend even with my accomodation. I called my local ADA office an they told me they (the company) could revoke the accomodation if I attend. Trying to reach my boss but it has been impossible and I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to ask HR unless I can reach my boss. The HR idiot is going to be there and I fear she is going to keep an eye on me to see if I look ok and can revoke the accomodation. What should I do?
Sorry for the long rant but this situation is making me very anxious.
