How to deal with achilles tendonitis during work?

TLDR: Retail worker that is needs help dealing with Achilles pain. This is kind of a part 2 of a previous post, but oh well. On July 14, I suffered some pretty bad pain in my right ankle/achilles area. I had to call my boss that I might not be able to work tomorrow and she told me to check on the doctor about it. I went to urgent care the next day and the doctor told me that I did not sprain my ankle but I had Achilles tendonitis (simply meaning that my achilles muscle is pretty inflamed). As a result, I decided to not schedule an update appointment with my family doctor (which I kind of regret but also I thought that my family doctor did not have any dates available).

Fast forward to today, since I have a vacation this week, I had to work eight days straight from last Monday to yesterday. now my left side is feeling the pain as well. I don’t know what to do because I’m trying to play it off as I’m OK because I don’t want to seem as unproductive but I know that this pain is gonna be killing me quite a bit.

I need advice as to what shoes I should wear and what remedies can work. I have tried icing my ankles, putting Green Eagle medicine (to all my Asians out there lol), and taking indocin. The retail store I work at is also pretty strict about dress code, so I need some thing that is not too casual and without any logos.
