Have been fed up for months and had mentally resigned in my head already (Switched off cant be bothered being here)
Have been offered a new job today with a company I deal with in my current position
Handed in my resignation about 2 hours ago – manager instantly said you are making the wrong decision without even asking where i was going. For the last 2 hours I have watched him run around stressed whilst I've sat here knowing i am on my 4 week notice period
Currently we have approx 90 staff and i have watched 18 people quit in 8 months!
Guess its true what they say – you reep what you sow – and in this companies world – they sow shit
