Looking for a good work life balance as well as a job I can actually do well for once. Feels like my disabilities are part of the reason it feels so hard to find something

I have autism, dyspraxia & mild learning difficulties. I have gone down a dark period of my life where I kept getting fired for not doing well enough in multiple jobs and was unemployed for a time. My current job is a 0 hour contract and I’m not getting many hours at all and I’m getting bored of it too. I just want a job that I can for the first time, do well at, make my own money and schedule and finally have a career that I can do for years If not forever. I am sick of struggling but how do I find a job I can actually do well at and not hate or be terrible at?
