Hello guys.
So I am a junior in this company in Malaysia. There was a huge problem at my work and my company had some losses.
I am the person who submitted the file and guess what? I fucked up.
But here’s the thing… I have sent to my seniors and bosses for reviews, which they did not respond… (I was promised for a peer review though)
And when shit gets fucked, the way the speak to me is that I’m “stupid” and all my work needs to be double checked. Even simple tasks.
Doesn’t make sense… I was the one who submitted accordingly and was ignored.
Now I’m depressed, back on medications and every time I think about going in the office I cut myself.
So I quit lol
