Company sent me an email 30 minutes before the end of the day that I would be required to come in office the next day. which is a 35 minute commute when I live 5 minutes from a different office.
This is the most money I’ve ever made at a job (40k) but it’s very stressful and I am getting burnt out.
I only have a high school diploma and this is my first office job so I am at a loss for what to do.
I’ve asked to step down from my position but I don’t know if there’s anything else available and the pay with be substantially less.
Any advice or suggestions?
Edit: My workload has doubled since I started this position and no support is provided. I take care of immediate tasks and the none urgent stuff has to wait.
I have 25+ providers who’s schedule I am responsible for an they are very needy
