I work for an extremely egotistical control freak…it’s a car dealership and his son works here as well and gets fed all of the good deals…he is probably selling an average of 30 cars per month while everyone else on the floor struggles to sell 10…I still make good money at this place (around 100k)…I’ve been offered a job at another dealership who is willing to offer a lot to get me to jump ship and I cannot deny the offer is extremely strong…why oh why do I still feel like l am the asshole if I abandon ship and go work for the new dealership
