Requesting a 1:1 with my manager about coworker dilemma, need solid advice

Basically, my coworker is stealing my work and trying to get credit thinking I won’t realise. I politely ask why as it confuses my work flow and he stutters and can’t answer. I immediately emailed our manager for a 1:1 and kept my reason short. My manager said yes but said shouldn’t we include (said problematic coworker name)? Keep in mind my other coworker who I work with as well let out that she had or has the same problem with this coworker of ours taking credit, but the manager is helping her to get out of our team as she’s complaining the work is not right for her skillset. It’s not fair as I’m having problems with same coworker that she is. I am happy at my job and this one coworker is making it difficult and stealing hoping I don’t notice amongst other stuff.
