I got my annual review today. I was rated all 5's/Strong in all my metrics. I get a 3% raise. This is the fifth year in a row of below inflation annual raises. My “bonus” should be about $80 (for the year) In real terms, I make less than I did when I started. This from the company that Forbes calls “The best large company in America to work for”. I want to step in front of a bus.
