Title says it all. I've been at this job for almost 5 years. I recently got another job and put in my two weeks last Monday. Today I got curious and asked the guy I was training for my position how much he made. He makes over $2/hr more than me. I've been asking for a $1/hr raise for over 2 years and was told I just need to work harder to prove myself. I need to work overtime if I need more money. The works. I put in my 2 weeks so I could help train the new guys how to do things. I didn't want to screw them over, even with how much I hated my boss. I couldn't take it anymore today, so they are now untrained, under qualified, and both make more than me. My only regret is that I couldn't tell my boss to shove it before I left.
