Say a bit of a post from here which has peaked my interest. I work at a small electrical company. My boss came in a few weeks ago and basically said we would be fired if anyone came to him saying they’ve discussed their pay/someone else’s pay.
I didn’t get to see what the post I was looking at said fully but it has brought me here in search. Is it legal for him to fire us for something like that? I’ve been here 3~ years and he’s always tried to hide our pay but only now am I seeing that maybe he isn’t allowed to? For reference I’m in Florida, USA. Non-union if that helps also. There are only 13 employees here with a high turnover rate. TIA
