Hiring team don’t turn their cameras on during interview!

Infosys, TCS are the usual suspects but this is becoming more frequent. Lately the interviews with Deloitte and now Capgemine these guys are not showing their faces on the camera! You know who I am talking about right? Why this has to be like that?
