I work for a major company. Pay is based on seniority. Newbies start at $15 and hit $20 after about 5 years. A lot of the folks who have been here awhile think we're all just whining, “you knew what the pay was when you signed on”, or “I was paid $10/hr 20 years ago so deal with it”.
