Hi all- I’m an attorney starting a project, The Employee’s Advocate to promote fair treatment in the workplace. The idea is that through mine and other peoples’ stories involving inequality or unfair treatment we have experienced or witnessed, we can learn from each other.
It seems that the same people get special treatments, promotions, etc because they know “secrets” that put others at a major disadvantage. I’m doing what I can to fix this.
