What would you do about a new store manager who sets asinine expectations like “do in 30min what everyone agrees would take 3h” and then threatens your job if you can’t comply?

I'm a pawn, I'm the lowest in the heirarchy here, and I have no family. I don't care at all if you fire me over protecting myself or my coworkers. I'll just go somewhere else and put up the same fight for the people who are like me. But when you threaten a manager who has a family, several children, and who is barely making it in this economy AS IS and make them cry in front of you, out in the open, just to beg for some sliver of understanding or compassion You're not just threatening their job, you're threatening their's and their entire family's lives. You're abusing your power to scare them into complying to some absurd level of bullshit that you are too naive to understand. I will always fight for my class and for the people who struggle in the economy created by people higher up,…
