I’m a capitalist, and so are you.

Unpopular opinion, but capitalism works. It always has. Since humanity has been in any sort of society, it worked. Just look back at the “boomers”. Capitalism worked exactly like it is intended to work. You produced something and we’re paid a fair wage for that work. What we have now is no longer capitalism. It’s exploitation. Greed took over capitalism. (The argument could be made that that’s the end result of capitalism I suppose.) In it’s purest for, capitalism works as well or better than other economics. Again, just look 2-3 generations ago and you see it working perfectly. You’ll never convince the masses, even though they have bonds around their necks, that their captors are bad. Never. I personally think the goal should be to return to the fundamentals of capitalism. Where you are paid a fair wage on your labor. How many here are actually “anti-work” and not…
