Hey guys,
I'm looking for some advice,
I'm currently working for a nonprofit and I've discovered they are just as bad if not worse as for profits, the ceo makes too much money and they pay their workers shit with the excuse that the people that work there are passionate about people and will work for less.
I'm going to school so I wanted to go to food service just to get the flexible hours I need
At 18 to 20 I had multiple jobs being an assistant manager at some food service jobs so when I applied to be an assistant manager they statyed talking to me about a GM position, it starts at a really really well pay and I'm married with quite a few expenses so the pay would be amazing but I'm worried about being part of the problem,
Is there anyway I can become a GM without being part of the problem?
I'd be understanding of workers issues and rights and needs but management tends to always be a pain in workers ass and I just dont want to take a job where I'm part of the problem.
