My biggest pet peeve with job searching is when an employer reaches out interested in you and immediately just schedules an interview.

Look, you have a busy schedule. You have a limited time for interviews.
But you are already saying to me that you are inflexible, you are in a huge rush to fill this position (that's a red flag) and my time is less important than your time. Seriously, the smallest change makes a big difference.

What goes even further is a phone call, a quick chat then inviting someone to an interview with a few dates/times. I swear employers forget there is etiquette involved for them too in the hiring process. It might seem small to others, but what I have learned through experience is if the first message they send to you is just to set a date and time for an interview and that's it. You will not be treated well there.
