I’m struggling to deal with a supervisor and it’s mentally tiring

I apologise if this is a long story but it’s been bothering me since I’ve started my vacation break, so here it goes: So I’ve been working as a housekeeper for nearly 3 months. I worked at two hotels (one for a month but left due to the very long commute), and the second one. I preferred the second one over the first, as my coworkers are more friendly and my boss, manager and majority of my supervisors are amazing, except for one. She’ll be named A for privacy reasons. Don’t get me wrong, I love the job itself, but when you have someone constantly coming in the rooms to tell you off for a small mistake, it just gets frustrating. For example, on my last day of work before my vacation leave started, I mentioned to A prior to the mistake that the vacuum wasn’t working properly and there…

I apologise if this is a long story but it’s been bothering me since I’ve started my vacation break, so here it goes:

So I’ve been working as a housekeeper for nearly 3 months.

For example, on my last day of work before my vacation leave started, I mentioned to A prior to the mistake that the vacuum wasn’t working properly and there wasn’t another one to use on my level. She said she’d replace it but it never got replaced, so I was stuck using it. As I’m cleaning a rush room (a room that needs to be done between 15-30min tops), A comes in and tells me that I need to vacuum the floor again and to stop cleaning my rush room for now. This will be important for later.

So I go back and use the shitty vacuum, then A comments that “it’s not picking up any dust.” I told her “yes, this is exactly what I tried to tell you earlier, but you didn’t listen.” Then she goes on to complain that I always make mistakes (my boss and other higher ups beg to differ), and that I need to improve. So I fix the floor and I tell her if I make any mistakes to just put it into the device. See we use the device to check the rooms we need to do, what needs to be done, and if we need to fix anything, and that’s the standard, so no one is supposed to go to your room unless you need help.

Anyways I go back to cleaning my rush room and got told off again by A for not cleaning the non rush rooms first. This is a big no no because of the timing and because the guests will be pissed if the room isn’t cleaned by the time they get there. By the end of my shift I’ve done 17 rooms, with majority of them being rush rooms. At this point I was already tired and ready to go home.

So I go home, start my vacation, and not even two days later I get a missed call and an email from my boss, who’ll be referred to as B. B emailed me to tell me that I posted work information and that I broke that policy. What I posted was something about one of the amenities and how much I loved them (was not taken in the room, just had it in my trolley, so there was no identifiable information to say there was confidential work things. And guess who it was that reported me? Fucking A!!!! Mind you I never followed her on anything, and never wanted her info, so I think she stalked my page. Oh well I’ve seen her do worse. For example A:
– Has taken photos of the rooms and posted them on her social media (as I was told)
– Has recorded me on Snapchat without my permission
– Had tried to bait me into agreeing her people are bad but I’m not dumb

And now A has been bothering other casual workers like me as well. One of my work besties, who is amazing and does her job well, has been overworking thanks to A and B. Bestie and I are tired at this point and don’t know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated
