I’ve been working at the self checkout area of the store I’ve been recently hired at and it scares me how upset people get at these machines. A lady today punched the screen because SHE kept pressing the wrong button. When I helped her I input how many bags she bought from the store and when the machine read out “ 1 store bag. 10cents” she got upset and stated “ you have to pay for bags now? That’s against policy.”
I walked away.
I was not about to deal with a lady who is willing to punch a screen. No thanks
