These are enormous corporations who pay their board members huge salaries, hoard profits, and then beg the poor for donations to add facilities. It’s disgusting. They cut all their housekeeping/registration/kitchen staff, and then bring full time nursing to skeleton crews expecting them to pick up the slack in other departments while struggling to be able even to do their job.
There are hospitals out there who don’t treat their employees like dog shit, where nurses are happy. Go work for them instead, or go agency.
