Instead of quitting, why not sabotage?

TLDR: Work can be pretty toxic for employees. Why not strike back with sabotage? I looked for years to find the right company, the right team, the right project. Now, I'm done, tired. And I wonder: “should I stop and leave my spot to someone else who will be as sad as I was, for the benefice of toxics companies? Or should I stay, keep my spot, and rot companies' projects from inside?” I haven't any answer to this question yet, opinions? (not meant to harm people, just make bad companies (I leave this to your personal ethics and moral values) do less money than others.)
