I’m fed up with literally submitting 20+ applications all needed a 6-12min work tests asking how we deal with work situations that end up being more work than is worth the job! I have taken the tests and most of the time I am never reached out to! I usually ignore the tests but the few times I have obliged I was asked question about dog food and what not when it was an application for a motorcycle shop! The same motorcycle shop asked me to provide small written responses to their three questions in order to be considered so I do that, I take my time and write out these long answers just to go the the interview and not be called back not have any emails sent and basically ghosted! I feel so hopeless.
