My 1st post ever, and I need to rant. I work for this global company for 2 years. I make $15 per hour. This morning I “kind of asked” of raise:

As you can see my name is “name:, and I am ……….. …………. working for ………… for almost 2 years. I gather that you are the person who is in charge/responsible for pay grade, raises and so on. Please let me know if you are the right person to talk about or there is someone else.

THEM/HIM: Yes :name” you reached the right person. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer periodic, cost of living, level or video advancement rate increases. Our compensation is set globally by load of work (not individually) each year based on business needs and market conditions, and there are no rate increases in process.
