Proof that we have a wage crisis and not a worker shortage

I work on a zero hero contract (by choice, to be fair, as I prefer the freedom to choose my hours) During the week, Monday to Friday, the pay rate is £11:45 per hour I can nearly always pick up a shift as they are nearly always short staffed. Saturday, the pay is about £14 per hour Sunday, the pay is about £19 per hour. Weekend shifts, not only pay more but are nearly always far more chilled to work. I have just been on the rota to see the shifts being offered for the next three months. Not a single weekend shift on there , as they have all been already grabbed. Yet in the week, they are practically begging staff to come in.
