My employer has not been giving the correct amount of monthly earned leave for the 3 years I have worked for them. I don’t normally take leave so it not something that I pay attention to.
When I negotiated my contract I secured the amount I was supposed to get. My employer has been giving me less than what was agreed upon in my contract . I called them out on it a year ago, there was a back of for about it though email, and I had to show that what I was supposed to be earning . They agreed then payroll asked HR make the corrections. No correction was made. What recourse do I have here?
