After months of verbal abuse, humiliation and a toxic leadership I finally had enough and will quit tomorrow. The downsides are that me and my wife are low on savings, I'll probably still have to go to work (since a 30 day notice is required), and I will be leaving a high paying job (I am a CFO). However, trust me, mental health is more important than money. People don't quit jobs they quit people. I'm afraid but I feel at peace also. Wish me luck.
