Should I call off

So I’m getting drug tested for a new job Friday. Both of the managers I met with for this new job seem to like me a lot and think I would be really good for this position. With my current job, I have a week of PTO that I know they will not pay me out for it if I leave. Also they more than likely will not let me stay for 2 weeks after my resignation due to me going to a competitor. I feel bad because my PTO just reset in June and I’ve already taken several days off (covered by PTO) and it’s an understaffed department. My current boss & I are on very good terms and I’ve always explained in detail why I couldn’t make it in everytime I’ve called off but I really don’t want to miss out on my PTO. So should I just…

So should I just say fuck it and use up my days off or should I suck it up and work until this new position is formally offered to me?
