Got a new job and psyched about that, but hard to stop feeling anxious and guilty over leaving my team

Throwaway account here. Been reading r/antiwork for quite awhile now – I know from the many posts that I've read that I'm taking a step in the right direction, but I am currently riding an emotional roller coaster and can't wait for the ride to end already. Hence the throwaway account and post – trying to get it off my chest. I've been with my current company for 10+ years. In that time I've moved through multiple positions and even had two promotions with pay raises. However, in the past two years I've had no raises, despite stellar performance reviews. The previous two raises were both around 1% each. The company has slowly been eroding benefits. They laid off a coworker and gave me a major responsibility increase but didn't increase pay to go with it. I don't want to get into too many details as I don't wish to…

I don't want to get into too many details as I don't wish to be identified, but a lot of other people in the company have also been leaving.

The new position I managed to get has a 40% increase, better benefits across the board, and the group that is hiring is a small group that seems to care greatly about the well being of each other. The work is even more interesting that what I'm currently doing and right up my alley. I am 100% psyched about the new position!

Trouble is, that my immediate team, who I have had a great working relationship with, is ultimately completely screwed over by my departing now. My company cut the team down to the barest minimum so I don't think there was any way to really avoid that, and I don't know that they'll hire someone to replace me, but I'm having a majorly hard time dealing with feeling guilty about leaving. Ultimately I know this is the right move for me, and I'm trying to focus on the positive but man is it challenging when I don't have even the slightest animosity for my work family and they are going to be in such a rough spot.
