Been told if I dye or grow my hair out then I’ll be put on holiday until it grows/gets cut back to normal. Where shall I go?

I 22M, expressed in conversation with a colleague, how I might grow my hair out and was quickly interrupted with my manager telling me if I did I'd be put on holiday until I get it cut. What style shall I go for and what shall I do with my time off because this sounds like an absolute win. I'm thinking of bleaching it.
