Am I wrong to be mad that my boss is allowing this kid to take a 2nd vacation after only 6 months of employment? I've been there 12 yrs and was planning on taking my birthday off, which falls during his 2nd damn vacation. I will likely be told I can't, and my Gen X self will be PiSSED!!! Am I wrong?
