So I have a question. I see a lot of posts of people unhappy with their jobs, and for good reasons. However, I almost never see encouragement of people to go into self employment or to start their own company and treat their workers like they should be treated. These things seem like the obvious alternative to venting. And I know, capital is needed sometimes. But some businesses can be started with minimal starting capital.
