Has anyone else been told after years of working from someone that “it’s not a good fit”? Same boss the entire time. Best boss I ever had. Bright guy, dynamic, persistent, and always had my back. He’s always given me great reviews, I appreciated his feedback which has been constructive and practical. Thought we had a good working relationship and respected each other’s contributions and strengths. Not friends, but friendly. I trusted him and now he’s threatening to fire me. How did I become a work problem? What does that even mean? What am I missing?
Has anybody experienced a similar situation? Looking for some company so I don’t feel like such a first rate idiot. Someone please make fun of me so I can feel hurt by your insults. That will be much easier than feeling trapped by my own stupidity.
