For the past month my older male manager has been messaging me regularly surrounding non-work related stuff. I never gave him my number. Recently, he has began inviting me to his house alone to “watch movies”. Despite my obvious reluctance and excuses he has been persistently asking. I guess I’m asking for advice on how to approach the situation. I hate confrontation and I’m afraid I’ll be fired if I bring it up, especially since I don’t really have a direct contact to HR.
