recruiter clown

This recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn with no job description and I was like sure we can schedule a 15 minute call (to go over the job) you know he is new and has 1 month experience. No worries. He finally calls me (he couldnt call the first time – he apologizes for the inconvenience and I was like okay. He is like “please tell me where you are at on your carrier and your attributions/goals some nonsense professional words. I burst out a small giggle and I'm like “uhm you were the one that reached out to me so please feel free to tell me more about the open role you have and we can continue discussing my qualifications” he stops being arrogant for 2 minutes and tells me the job and all the red flags and I'm just listening. Ended the conversation with my work experience and what I am looking for.. but moral of the story is dont let these recruiters or hiring managers treat you like you should worship them and be a yes sir that will beg for a job. I am telling you. When you act assertive, their attitude and tone change real quick!
